We deliver NZ wide and we know you'll want your order as quickly as possible. Total delivery costs and estimated delivery times from dispatch depend upon your location and are displayed on checkout. Please refer to the shipping and delivery link in the footer menu for estimates on when your product will arrive.
DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
In the unfortunate event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us on email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched and shipped from our warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you'll be able to stay up to date with the status of your order.
For information on refunds, please refer to our refund policy. When returning products, shipping back to us will be at the cost of the sender.
