Made using a modified brewing process which discourages yeast from converting sugars to alcohol, yet still produce fruity esters. Citrus elements from Lemondrop and El dorado hops were combined with bright Australian botanicals such as Lemon Myrtle and Oldman’s Saltbush to give this beer a layered citrus profile. Complimentary additions of Lactose and Rye malt lend a smooth body to make up for the lack of alcohol. The end product is a citrus forward alcohol free pale ale sure to bring you the refreshment you need.
